About Me
▪️ I'm an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer with a passion for lifelong learning and helping others reach their potential. My love of learning and problem-solving, my desire to help others succeed, and the joy I find in implementing technology to improve learning have led me to become an Instructional Designer.
▪️ For the last 8 years I have been designing instructor-led courses and virtual instructor-led courses (ILT & VILT) for diverse learners. My skills have evolved, improved, and now include e-learning, blended learning, gamification, and designing and developing deliverables. One of my biggest passions is creating learning experiences that use technology to engage learners and create long-term impacts on learners. I am adaptable, and I love improving my knowledge to meet industry best practices and strategies.
▪️ Collaboration is the key to success in creating the best e-Learning. I pride myself on my ability to connect and communicate with stakeholders, SMEs, and learners to customize learning solutions that are impactful and result-oriented for all involved.

AIDA
The Applied Instructional Design Academy certification is the culmination of a 9-month program called Applied Instructional Design Academy. This credential is earned after Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, e-Learning development, and Instructional Design. Earners complete 400+ lessons, receive extensive coaching, and complete a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, extensive feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects.

While I'm not working in the e-learning world, you can find me playing video games and board games with my family, reading, spending time with my dog, or enjoying different kinds of crafts. During winter, the mountains are always calling for snowboarding trips, which is an experience I now enjoy with my daughter by my side. As a mom, my "home away from home" can be found at band concerts or gymnastics competitions.

Skye is my rescue dog, snuggle buddy, and a great travel companion.
My favorite crafting includes anything I can do in my bullet journal, but I also crochet and do vinyl crafts.
We like classic board games, but also enjoy more unique games like Ice Cool and Point Salad.
